Türkiye-Russia-Ukraine meeting kicks off in Istanbul

Türkiye-Russia-Ukraine meeting has begun in Istanbul, APA's Istanbul correspondent reports. 

According to the report, the Russian delegation arrived at the Dolmabahçe Working Office to participate in the meeting.
