On May 7, Ilham Aliyev, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and To Lam, General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, delivered press statements.
President Ilham Aliyev has announced that Azerbaijan is exporting oil products to Vietnam and expressed his desire to see a more balanced trade relationship between the two countries. “This way, our trade won’t rely solely on oil,” he noted.
